1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 qt milk
1 cup cheese grated
8 potatoes
Boil potatoes with jackets on, peel and dice.
Melt margarine and add flour, mustard, salt & pepper. Mix well and add milk. Cook and stir until smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir to melt.
Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
